SEON SKINCARE RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At SEON Skincare, we want you to love your products as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on both new and gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date for either a refund to your original payment method or store credit for future purchases.
Important Notes:
- We do not accept exchanges at this time.
- Only products purchased directly on seonskincare.com are eligible for return.
- Final sale items include: gift cards, sheet masks, swag/books, and any pre-packaged sets.
- Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method or as store credit—we cannot refund to an alternate method.
- Shipping fees and return label costs are non-refundable.
How to Return
To begin a return
Please email us at info@seonskincare.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with next steps and, if applicable, a return label.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product. In those cases, SEON Skincare will cover the return shipping.
Using your own shipping method
If you prefer to arrange return shipping yourself, please include your order number inside the package and send it to:

Once shipped, kindly email your tracking number to info@seonskincare.com so we can monitor the return.
International Orders
Taxes and duties paid to your local customs office are non-refundable through SEON. We recommend contacting your local customs authority to inquire about reimbursement options.
Processing Times
Returns are processed within 5–10 business days once received. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Please note that all refunds are issued in USD, and currency conversion may cause slight differences in the final refunded amount.
Return Policy Abuse
We monitor return activity to prevent abuse. Excessive or suspicious returns may result in account limitations or refusal of future orders.
